Provision to third parties

We will pass on the information provided by you to third parties if this is necessary for the delivery of the products ordered or services requested by you. For example, we use a third party to process payments in our webshop, to print or embroider your logo and we pass on your details to the postman to deliver the order to you.

When we provide your details to a third party, we ensure, among other things (with an agreement), that your details will not be used for other purposes. We also agree that your details will be removed as soon as they are no longer required.

Basis for processing

The aforementioned processing is necessary for the execution of the transaction agreement between you and Dutch Legends. We try to arrange as much as possible online and through your account.

Storage period

As long as your account is active, we will keep your account details. If you have not logged in for five years, we will delete your details. Unless you submit a request for deletion yourself, we will of course do so immediately. We will keep your order and invoice details for seven years because of the legal provisions in The Netherlands.

Order data

In order to be able to deliver your order or have it picked up at a delivery point, we need certain information from you. With this information we can keep you informed about your order. Also in case of a return this information is needed.

We process the following information when placing an order:

– Order number, article number, quantity, prices (the so-called characteristics)

We collect data that helps us understand what you’re looking for and what you need. In doing so, we try to keep our webshop as relevant to you as possible.

We ask permission from you to send us daily offers, general promotions or personal recommendations. Suggestions and information about our products based on your purchases will be emailed immediately. If you prefer not to receive this information, you can unsubscribe immediately.

Data Security

Your details are only accessible to employees of Dutch Legends who need the details to be able to do their job. We take various organisational and technical measures to ensure that your data is and remains safe. In principle, your data will be stored within the European Economic Area.

Security incidents and data leaks

In the event of a security incident, we immediately investigate whether it is a security breach or a data breach. If it concerns a data breach with a high risk for your privacy, we are obliged to report this to both you and the Authority Personal Data. Rights
